I used the thick training underwear first then switch to these! love that they fit nice and are organic cotton. We are making the switch to nontoxic clothing.

big elephant training underwear– better to size up a little. they like to be able to put them on themselves and if a tiny bit big it’s easier. also go with a fun print! my daughter loved picking which to wear.
We did pull ups for sleep and encouraged trying to pee almost hourly.
It took 6 months! Don’t be surprised if it’s longer or shorter.
My daughter was 2 when we started and 2.5 when in underwear at night. At 2.5-3 she goes every 3 hours or so but sleeps through the night and takes herself to the bathroom without help at home!
sticker charts are a great way to encourage them
we didn’t do food, some people do that as a reward
CONSTIPATION is a serious issue a lot of the time. talk to your pediatrician about options.
