Vitamin C spray
- why? it neutralizes chlorine and chloramines
easy at home recipe
1 cup filtered water (distilled)
1 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (sodium ascorbate- preferred or asorbic acid) NOW Sodium ascorbate
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerine or olive oil (optional)
Brown glass spray bottle – mini spray 4oz
In a small bowl, dissolve the vitamin C powder into half of the distilled water.
Pour into the spray bottle (a small funnel helps) and add remaining distilled water (and olive oil if desired) shake well and it’s ready to use!
Tips
Rinse with water right after being in the pool. Spay the vitamin c spray and let it sit a few minutes on the skin before patting dry
Use mixture within seven days for the best results/highest potency.

- Before swimming: rinse with water in the shower
- You can use vitamin C spray prior to getting in the pool but most important after.
